I have Amazon prime on my freesat box and in my smart TV both those apps work fine. But the prime app on my roku box keeps dropping the bit rate spoiling my viewing. I have restarted both boxes and updated them etc. My broadband connection is excellent and as I said the picture quality on the prime apps on my other devices work fine.

I've run all updates, rebooted the Roku, removed and readded the app. After deleting and readding the app I restarted the program from the beginning and it crashed at the EXACT same point.Update: unplugging the Roku device, waiting about 15-30 seconds and replugging into power source does fix the crashing issue. So think hard reset. However, I find it strange that this behavior only happens when using the Prime Video app.
