I have Amazon prime on my freesat box and in my smart TV both those apps work fine. But the prime app on my roku box keeps dropping the bit rate spoiling my viewing. I have restarted both boxes and updated them etc. My broadband connection is excellent and as I said the picture quality on the prime apps on my other devices work fine.

After the OS 11 Update (11.0.0 build 4168-CR) on my Roku Express 4K+ (3941RW) every few minutes the CW app crashes and drops me back to the Roku Home Screen. I've run all updates, rebooted the Roku, removed and readded the app. After deleting and readding the app I restarted the program from the beginning and it crashed at the EXACT same point.Update: unplugging the Roku device, waiting about 15-30 seconds and replugging into power source does fix the crashing issue. So think hard reset. However, I find it strange that this behavior only happens when using the Prime Video app.

My 3700 Roku was working fine with Amazon until recently. Movies stop every few minutes on Amazon Prime. My internet connection is business level and speeds are plenty fast enough. Like the title says it keeps crashing and taking me back to the main menu. I already did the delete --> reboot ---> download thing.
