well i havent played it, but both the ships i mentioned have the best (Furu) and second best (Kirov) AP pen out of t5 cruisers. Both are pretty fast, have good AA for the tier, good hydro, Furu has great long range torps, while Kirov has great Yolo power against bbs, as it can citadel t3-5 bbs at point blank (if the citadel is exposed ofc).
