Jan 26, 2024 · Use a paperclip or similar tool to press and hold the reset button. You’ll need to hold it for about 5 seconds until the LED on the front of the box changes color or starts blinking. Release the reset button. The Flex box will take a few minutes to reset and restart. You’ll see the welcome screen once it’s ready.
