Tour of Duty (TOD) is a component of the Mobilization Common Operating Picture (MOBCOP) suite of applications. It is an internet site where reserve component Soldiers (USAR, IRR, ARNG, IMA) can find and volunteer for Active-Duty tours. Currently access to MOBCOP is limited to personnel on a .mil network. TOD cannot be accessed via a .com domain. MOBCOP is a portal for RC Soldiers to post, find and volunteer for Active Duty tours in Mississippi. I have properly configured and tried over 7 government computers on the network to try and access it, the computers all also have Adobe flash, pop up blocker disabled, tried all the CaC certs.
