I run pretty much exactly the same inclination set up as Orianna mentioned above. Occasionally I've pushed scather a bit further down, as my pawn tends to become a scather, and I don't want her too close to the action. Currently she's accidentally a Challenger/Mitigator, but that is also working pretty well.
