I keep getting ALP-1999 or ALP-999 errors. Called spectrum and told them all of the troubleshooting I have done and they rebooted my modem and sent signal and the issue was fixed for a week and now is back. weird thing that the issue only happens on cable channels. Re: App won't load. Try removing the channel - highlight the channel on the Home Screen and press the * button, reboot/restart your stick (don't skip this step), add the channel again. If you have both the Youtube and Youtube TV channels/apps, you have to remove them both, restart, and then add them back.
