If they are killed they go to jail and sentences can be upwards of 12 hours in prison for serial offenders. RSI needs to reset the armistice zone to where they are like the mining posts. That gives players time to exit hangers and would fix a lot of these issues. With that said, they would also need to make it where you can't QJ until after you've left that zone.
