When I took it 2 years ago, there was no FM section in uworld. I would do the AAFP questions next time prior to the exam, look at the anki cards from dorian deck, and redo your peds and ob questions as well.

That got me 95th %ile on the regular shelf and 97th in the chronic disease modular. I hadn't had medicine yet, but I did already have OB and peds.
