The battery was a dud, and the dealer replaced it with a new one. Electronics working fine with one exception. The MS Sync module is not working. Does not respond to any button pushes, etc. 3. First suggestion - make sure you hold the Hang Up button on the wheel to totally get out of Sync. If that doesn't work, reboot your iPhone and see if the problem still exists.
