From the diagrams I'm looking at it appears that the blower motor resistor is not working and/or the climate control module has a short. I would recommend replacing the blower motor resistor first. And the climate control module second. When I pull up codes on the dash is it says 7T4T-010849CF.Check the Black (BK) wire for a good ground. The Red wire should read between roughly 1 volt and 4 volts depending on the actuator position.
