Back in the day, I used to be more active on the 2K slider/roster forums here, and released a roster (I believe for 2k15). I've been on and off with 2k, and I've kept a pulse on the changes the past few years - changes to tendencies, gameplay, badges etc. As a Lakers fan, I decided to give 2k23 a go primarily because of the Eras mode with Kobe.NBA 2K23's MyTeam will remove player contracts, bring back Seasons, and introduce a new mode called Triple Threat Online Co-op. MyTeam is consistently one of the more popular game modes in NBA 2K.
Got to learn to cheese your badges in the beginning. Turn difficulty down til your 80 ovr and just set mad screens for 10 games until you get good team rating then start ball hogging and controlling the flow. I've done it past 3 2ks. It's a pain but by 80 ovr you're a stud and it's ok. I took the pistons to the finals.
Puma pays the most & has the best clothing section & prices but the shoe selection is mid at best. Adidas does as well but Puma pays the most.
