It's a rare drop but you only ever need 1, it's not like you need to get 3 patterns before you can craft the glaives. It took me about 30 runs to get mine. If it helps, you don't need to run hunter to get the hunter glaive pattern.
You get the whole pattern right off the rip and can immediately craft it once it drops. You can keep running the activity on your warlock if you prefer, or farm for them on one of the alts instead. I ran like 8-10 and got one to drop, ran another 20 and haven't had the 3rd one drop yet. Drop rate is atrocious.

The drop rates are super low, and aren't character dependant - you can get all 3 on one class. The drop chance is far too low for what the glaives actually provide as well. I’d love to see the numbers for what percentage of players actually have all 3, I bet it’s super low.

You need complete all of the evidence board stuff to unlock but it's a waste of time because the exotic glaives are dog shit
The rest of us were on the quest for 2.5 weeks waiting for the drops to get adjusted. It takes like max 5 runs to get a drop now, and you need 2 patterns to drop.
