So by my measuring I should be able to get a 6" larger tire. Based on the stock 265's (about 31") I can get a 37" tire to fit without rubbing and without modifications. i'm pretty sure the 37s will rub. Scroll down to a thread below, its on page 1 of the superduty section that you're already in and its called something like new lift and tires. I had 7.3 with basically 35s, going from 3.73 to a 4.30 gearing was fantastic, with 37s your net would be slightly lower than 4.10 gearing on a stock tire. I've got the 2.5" Readylift and 37x12.5's on the stock wheels. They do rub the radius arms but its not bad enough to worry about. Go with 295/65-20.
