Yes, very helpful in my experience. Granted not all cases present the same but with some procedures (lacs, I&Ds), MDMs or whether its part of some DC instructions it helps for me. HPIs probably you cant do with dot phrases since its variable. You can always create your own MDMs so its more specific to your wording.

Be careful when you name your smart phrases in epic. Epic searches locally to globally and stops when it gets a hit, so if you create a smart phrase called .H&P and that already exists, epic will only find your created smart tool.
