That was a perfect explanation of the differences b/w the two models. Two of the mowers I'm considering having the same FR691V engine, but one has the ZT-2800 hydro's while the other has the ZT-3100 hydro's. Both mowers are within $100 of each other price wise so I think that would tip the scale in favor of the mower with the ZT-3100.
