Kimber custom ii 10mm problems.
To test it, I swapped barrels with my 10mm Stainless II and the result was the same with the Stainless II barrel in the Raptor slide. The Raptor barrel in the Stainless II slide with the same mag chambered just fine by racking the slide. I’d never fire it like this but manually working the slide it operated. This was the result I expected.

At the range today fired 50 rounds of American Eagle and 50 rounds of Sig Sauer Elite Performance 180 grain FMJ. Also fired 16 rounds of Buffalo Bore 21B (180 gr JHP) and 16 rounds of Hornady 180 gr XTP. Used two Kimber magazines and a Wilson Combat. The pistol is accurate and easy to control.
The Eclipse models are some of the best looking 1911's I've seen from an aesthetic standpoint. I only own one Pro Kimber gun. Although I like it, I prefer the Custom Eclipse for SD & HD or the Ultra Eclipse for CCW. They don't always fully cycle the slide, and tend to fail to feed.
