EA support are unable to remove a security key from an account. swtor support are a different support line and can only remove a key by phone call if you are unable to remove the key yourself in the web browser as seen below by leaving the key blank. I strongly encourage downloading the free SWTOR security key app. I just returned last month from a 7 year break and my account was linked to the physical security key fob from the CE but the battery was dead and I had a heck of a time getting the account sorted. But now I have it linked to the SWTOR app.My advice is to power it on one last time, log in to your swtor account on swtor.com, deactivate the security key. On your new phone, download Authy and set up two-factor authentication through that.
