Conversely, it seems the consensus is that it offers poor cut quality on wet turf, and leaves behind clumps when bagging [wet turf].

Keep the blades sharp and torqued to spec. Eta: the garden hose adapter spray port was worthless. Turn it over and spray off the deck underneath after use.
