I have 50+lvl in one stat and +20 mutation on stat = 50+40 = 90 - if all stats 20 will have 20 mutations, then max lvl dino = 564. I think one stats can have 71 point! 6*71 =426 + 24lvl on speed = 450lvl max. But on test server i have 670lvl dino, and after restart dino will save. Yup. I've also got 4.5k hrs in ark and have raised dinos to lvl 1500. Mutator doesn't override the 20/20. At least 1 parent has to be 19/20 edit for clarity cause i realized i didn't explain how mutation counter works: Mutator count is more of a show of the dinos' ancestry than it is how many mutations it currently has.

The max Dino level doesn't matter since it all scales. Unless I plan on fighting bosses (which I don't) there's not really any difference between level 30 max and level 200 max. When ark first came out level 30 was the max, I kinda just chose that one for nostalgia

Just need to up your difficulty. If you have a way to adjust the difficulty, that's the dino level cap. 1.0 gives like lvl100+ wild dinos. I made my dinos be like vanilla by checking maximum lvl dinos, then changing difficulty everride to 5.
