Hughesnet system control center not working.

I tried rebooting the HT2000W modem, however, no system light is on. All other lights appear to be flashing randomly, just no system light at all. I've tried setting the dns to Google's, and setting it to get from ISP. Nothing works. At least nothing beyond the router works. HT1100 doesn't have built-in wifi so your settings can't be accessed from the modem interface. My internet connection is fine, I can surf everywhere and even connect to the call of duty servers but I can't shake hands with the data center to play the game.
