I just had this issue on my i7 I took apart and removed the battery and the vacuume tray cleaned all the sensors on the bottom and zunplugged the tower base as well make sure to plug home base back in before re-inserting the battery in to the i7 after putting it all back to gether I set down on the floor and pressed clean twice and started back up fully operational with no issues
