If you are pressed for time don't worry but its good to judge your content knowledge. I was about 95% correct for bio qpack 1 if you care about percentages. Practice is practice. No denying the QPs (except CARS) are easier than exam day but you will see questions on the exam that are QP level. Do them if you have time. So Biochem depth is UWorld>AAMC>KA. If you cover UWorld, I think you'll be good for biochem content. However, for style of questions, AAMC content is much more representative. UWorld tests a lot of content directly.
