Kawasaki vulcan 1500 starting problems.

I'm working on a Vulcan 800 that's been bobbed. The guy deleted the cluster, turn signals, yada yada yada, well now it has no spark. The wire harness is a used, but good condition stock one. The coils have been tested and are good, wires are good, plugs are good. The stator, pickup coil, and ic ignitor have all been replaced with brand new parts.

1. Kawasaki starters give little to no problems. 2. If it actually does have a dead spot, rebuild kit will not help. 3. Troubleshoot the problem in order to find and repair only the fault that is present. If you need help to troubleshoot, post back.

The heat problem is the heat that is directed at the rider when in stop and go traffic and the fan comes on.
