If you have a volt meter to check voltage see if you have 8-12V and a ground at the blower plug. I think you'll have better luck working back from the blower motor to diagnose. IF you have all the voltage and grounds you need then try jumpng 12V manually to the fan and see but usually its the fan if non of the blower speeds are working.
