First off make sure your replacement motor is a Dorman 604-113. The others look exactly the same but are specific to the blend door and recirc door. It will also help to drill out the splines in the metal part of the actuator with an 11/32 bit. The shaft on the large black cog won't fit through the actuator head without drilling the splines out.
