Seems very excessive for a brand new car. Also the last model y showed over 77 kWh capacity and this one is showing much less at 73 kWh.

Tesla's statement that the Gemini wheel, winter tire package is not compatible with the Performance Model Y may have come from Tesla's Legal department due to liability concerns. The top speed of the Performance Model Y is 155 MPH.Not a bad wheel and tire combo. But I just had TSportLine's MY/MYP Overlanding Wheel and Tire Package put on. They're great and I would highly recommend a package from them. M3P handles much better, it's a lot more fun! The only thing the Y has going for it is extra space, if you don’t need the space then i see no advantage. The 3 is cheaper, faster, has more range, and looks better. I’ve owned both, and have a MYP now. While the Y is still loads of fun to drive, I miss the M3P.

The Uber T's have grown on me for my MYP and wife's M3P but if going with a lighter wheel option and not having to down size the wheels to get a more range sounds tempting. We don't do a whole lot long distance traveling via car but my wife can drive 100+ miles on any given day for work.My commute is maybe 30-40 miles round trip.
