100% Rooster! To explain, you can very clearly see the male rooster saddle feathers there. They are long, pointy and have that very shape (almost like a sharp triangle). Hen feathers are rounded. Its a very pretty Rooster. However, sorry that you are in a situation where you cannot keep any.. (I love roosters).
Probably some other breeds in there as well. Leghorn is dominant white and the chicks would be all white with possibly some colored flecks from the other breed depending on the color of the other breed. In any event they both look like girls!
