My last 4 quizzes on uworld in order: 70%, 48% , 65%, 45%.. as you can tell this makes no sense.

I passed the NCLEX last month using Archer. I went through the whole quiz bank using mostly readiness and CAT exam. My scores ranged from 58% to 92% with all Pass and highly likely to pass. Definitely try to go through the whole quiz bank if you can and read the rationals on the ones you get wrong and ones you guessed on.

Each person uses different resources for their studying. Some may be able to use Saunder's and just pass. My preceptor just used Saunder's and passed in 75. For me personally, I needed more like Archer's vague NCLEX style as well as variety of SATA questions. NCLEX I found were straight to the point. They weren't exactly vague.

I used the CAT twice where my first one I passed but not my second one even though my percentage was 65%. Even Archer says their CAT assessments are new and may be a lil funky.

It’s VERY possible to get low scores (in the 50’s) and still pass NCLEX as long as you are reviewing basic content and understand that the test is based on SAFETY.
