Whenever I try to sign into the Xbox app on my PC, it doesn't show any of my games because I'm signed out of my xbox account. Only my microsoft account stays signed in. Once in settings, there is an option to reset data. I restart the pc after that. Make sure you log out of all Xbox apps on pc before doing this. When you launch FH5 again it will ask for credentials.
