After purchasing my ticket I got an email from budget air saying: “Your E-ticket (s) will be sent to you in a separate email within 24 hrs, and in very rare cases, it might take up to 72 hours. Rest assured, our team is always working hard to get your E-ticket (s) to you as quickly as possible”.
Trip.com group now own a lot of travel websites, including budgetair, cheaptickets and others, some of these are owned through a company called Travix, which trip.com also owns.
