We've had poor communication, employee turnover and issue after issue with our home since closing. Their customer service has to be some of the worst we have ever dealt with. Just when we think we're done, we find some other issue.

I am a first time home buyer so I'm not even to sure of how the process worked but I am very appreciative for all the help an assistance I received from Meritage Homes. Codey, Angela, and Tiffany made the world of difference throughout this experience.
