Clear browser cache and retry the steps to claim points. 2. Try using a different browser. Log out of Microsoft Rewards. Launch the other browser. Log into Microsoft Rewards and verify if you are now able to complete the steps and receive the reward points. 3. Contact Microsoft Rewards Support Team.
