I had a 2017 Titan Pro4X that was flawless and I never had a lick of trouble with it for 4 years. Changed the oil and had to replace the battery last fall and that is it.
Below the headlight there is a computer board that controls the light. If you search “control module ballast for Nissan titan” there is some information on it. This component cannot be bought new from Nissan but there are some used ones for sale for roughly $100.
