With regards to BUNDLE type under RRECS, the guide states: In RRECS, Regular and Central Boxes are further subdivided. Within each subdivision, there is a standard based on the bundling system of the route. Very simply, routes that do not receive DPS Letters or DPS Flats fall into the “one-bundle” category.

In RRECS it is a flat time (~30 seconds to organize a "large" parcel, ~15 seconds to organize a "small/med" parcel). There are efficient and inefficient ways to sort, and it depends on the numbers and the distribution.
