Current system gives you standards for mileage, mailboxes, mail and parcels and only counts a small time frame. RRECS changes these standards and blends some in a way that seems to me to be more reasonable than current standards, but I am not in a position to know whether it is actually a more accurate reflection of real time activities.

In RRECS it is a flat time (~30 seconds to organize a "large" parcel, ~15 seconds to organize a "small/med" parcel). I do not agree with this result, but I have no access to the data used to change my route's evaluation. I cannot verify anything related to these changes! The USPS is making these changes under our new evaluation system (RRECS).I strongly disagree, Rrecs is not better than the old system.
