Don't get me wrong, they (lectures) are necessary for knowledge building. But that alone passively doesn't make you knowledgeable or a good test taker. I would expect you to do well on step 1 but since amboss step 1 qbank is quite new idk how it correlates with a step 1 score. Do an NBME or UW qbank to better see where you are at.
