I've owned my 1977 F-32 since 1983 and never had water dripping from the hardtop . The water is now dripping down the SS steering shaft and from holes where a depth finder was mounted. The port side drips less. I've always tried to keep my saddle fuel tanks full and run of the stern tanks.
