Hello. We have. the outdoor camera plugged in to "Keep your camera charged around-the-clock with the 25 ft power cable." as per the product page. The battery is dead because i need to borrow a ladder to remove and charge it, hence why we bought the extension cable. What are we missing here? Why is the camera not working when …
