If you had the battery tested after driving it even for a short time (for example to NAPA) it would have passed and probably would have remote started then too. Your battery is having trouble keeping a charge after sitting for an extended period of time (like overnight).

It only lists the FireTv, USB, or HDMI as options in the Uconnect media screen. The dvd player lights up like it is working, but nothing happens.The remote control will not work yet at this point, it first needs to be paired with the FireTV, which happens later in the setup process (and is optional). Can't help you with the dvd/bluray issue itself though, I have a 2022 Limited Hybrid, hybrids other than the Pinnacle do not have the bluray player with the uconnect theater package.

Same problem just on the right tv. DVD player has never worked since I got the car in Feb. I took it to dealer and they said I needed to wait for an OTA update by April 1. Still doesn't work. It updated software and now have this issue. Considering a hard reset to Uconnect as this problem is very problematic with a toddler.
The one problem with using an aftermarket is that Chrysler uses a PCI bus system (essentially 2 cables to carry the signals for all speakers). From what you are saying, it could actually be the starter button itself vs the key fob - or many other points between the Power button, the starter and your battery. I take it your Pacifica is a 2017 model built in 2016, as those are the only (ICE) ones not having ESS (Start/Stop).The USB port will intermittently loose power and in that case, nothing works. Pulling Fuse 76 will reset the entire UConnect system, but that seems to be an overkill. Pulling Fuse 28 (labelled USB-IP, Instrument Panel) reliably resets the USB port and restores 5V power to the port and everything works as expected.If you don't order either Theatre option on a Limited do you still get a CD player?
