I don’t get what you’re on about… The harvest rate with 20 Expertise is exactly the same as it used to be with 50 enc / 30 surv. And yes resource nodes have a limited amount of resources so you deplete them faster… with 20 expertise iron takes 3 hits instead of 5 for example, but you get double the stuff.
