You need a beta or gamma capacitor for that to happen, and those mods don’t exist for this weapon. If you want friendly fire on a rifle build, use a normal plasma or laser rifle with one of those capacitors. If you mean legendary effects: Bloodied if low health, Anti Armor for low or high, Vampires is also excellent on it. 50crit if you're a madman using it in VATS, 25FFR free aim or vats, 25aim is decent as well but not as good as ffr. 25vats in vats, 15% faster reload or 50% break slower if not.
