You're right. That 60 fps patch was for the old dump and I had the newer dump named "Rev1". The patch is working now. Now here is another problem. Tys for the replys. I tried the beta and with a few of the speed hacks on, God Hand went to 55-60 fps steady. Didn't even need cycling on. As for overclocking I tried it when I put this PC together (my first one I built) and I couldn't get the temps to managable levels after OCing. I don't have watercooling as I didn't want to mess around with it.
In the Steam Version there is an option to enable a 120 fps cap so it clearly is not locked to 60. Otherwise maybe look if you changed something in your driver settings to force vsync for example. V-sync is turned off in the game but turned on in the nvidia control panel as for all my other games.
