while I am driving my 2011 Explorer, the ABS light, Descent Control Fault, and Traction Control Lights all come on intermittently, then go off. I have not had the codes read because the lights do not stay on long enough to get to auto store. The car still seems to drive normally. I can't find any info online about this issue.

Since the only codes you appear to have relate to the rear ABS sensors, I'd suspect either the parking brake lever is pulled up, there is a problem with the brake fluid level sensor or the brake fluid level actually is low.
