My H1B extension needs to be filed before Aug 13. I wanted to know about list of specific documents to be submitted for receiving visa approval for 2-3 years. I have stayed in US since my H1B got approved and I have not yet gone to my home country for stamping. My current project duration is for 1 year and (subject to extension).
