The lifetime warranty for the crappy engine is for all owners, all mileage, and with the P1326 you're all set, looks like you won a new engine, if knocking. Take it to the stealership and see what the problem is, maybe wiring harness, maybe bad knock sensor, or if engine noise, bad bearings.
