Quality means that it is delivered by licensed and reference-checked providers either in person or live face-to-face telehealth, depending on what the patient needs, NOT an app or AI. The compensation is fair, but it does take a couple of months to start getting "normal sized" paychecks because of the monthly pay. Very stressful financially when your pay may vary several hundred dollars from month to month. Patients complain non-stop regarding poor communication; never can get ahold of someone on the phone or get a call back. There is no compensation for writing notes, answering emails or any of the several other aspects that come with clinical work. Horrible customer service, apathy, instability. 30 minute hold times, then you get disconnected and agent doesn't even have the decensy to call you back. Doctors disappear overnight and they leave patients scrambling to find a new Dr. while their prescriptions run out.
