I checked the washer stand pipe, clear, the pump seems to be ejecting the water freely. I doubt it's the pump. Yet I would say 70% of the time, it will leave the clothes wet. I don't mean there is residual water inside the drum, there isn't. Just the clothes are still wet and had to be wrung dry by hand. I would say close to soaking wet.
