Dear god, I love Rimworld. I'm doing a playthrough also with Vanilla Ideology Expanded Memes (& Alpha Memes though I'm not using any from there). VEI has a Meme which increases meditation rate, doubles focus gain and makes meditation refill recreation (and makes the highest level Psycaster the designated leader).

Hello people of the Rim, I've tried and failed to find a mod that disables/removes psycasts from the game. I'm doing a fantasy playthrough and don't want psychic powers running alongside Rimworld of Magic (or vampire powers for future playthroughs with Vamps, or force powers for star wars mod etc).

idk if 'best' is the right answer. They have different design philosophies, so it's more to what fits with the other mods in the pack. Vanilla is more of a support/effect role, RimWorld of magic has more classic fantasy genre blasting & healing, etc. definitely preference.
