When this happens the light stays solid green. Note: Restarting with the front button is usually useless -- you have to pull the power for say 30 seconds. Then you need to cycle the USB connection to the TiVo (or restart the TiVo) until TiVo Diagnostics says "Channel List Received: Yes".
