In case anyone else was wondering the 7rd 1301 magazine tube cover does fit on the a300 Patrol. For me this was important because now I can put the GG&G aluminum tube cover and barrel clamp for the 7rd 1301 onto my a300 Patrol and get rid of the crappy polymer beretta clamp that I way too easily stripped

First impressions: This is a winner. Beretta knocked it out the park with this one. Handguard and stock checkering is aggressive. Stock has a plugged QD hole in the bottom . Spacers to adjust length of pull. I haven't had any problems with my A300 Ultima Patrol. However, I have heard that occasionally there are some semi-auto shotguns that have ejection issues with low (short) brass shells. The easiest remedy may be to only shoot high (tall) brass shells like standard birdshot, 00 buckshot, and slugs. Beretta A300 ultima patrol. Love this gun. Lightweight, points great. Shot it a few times since purchasing in April. I took it out again and started shooting In Nov 2023, but found that the last round wont eject from the magazine tube. I think the spring is weak.
