I showed it to man who works in car repair service and he told me that there is no oil on engine so it should be ok. He said that it must be previous owner who had his engine repair and did not cleaned the coolant.

There is about a 1 inch lip in the intercooler that collects oil. Clean that out. It would be better to remove the intercooler and flush it. No the inlet tube (runs from the bottom of the center section to the oil pan) not the feed lone, I mistook it by name.
